I run workshops and key notes that cover the following topics:

  • Managing stress during uncertain times

    This session supports individuals and teams that are undergoing significant amounts of change and uncertainty. It was created to support teams to best manage their stress during the global pandemic, but can also be used for teams experiencing any type of change that is leading to a sense of instability. It is a 1 hour session that can be used at any level across an organisation.

  • Let’s talk about stress

    This session has been designed as a general wellbeing initiative to support employees manage stress experienced at home or at work or can be targeted for teams who experience higher than usual stress in their roles. It can be run as a 1 hour session or 2 x 30 minute sessions broken down as per the below:

  • The role of leaders in reducing burnout

    This session focuses on what leaders can do to identify stress and burnout within the workplace and minimise it. It covers:

    • The impact of stress and burnout on the workplace

    • Factors increasing work-related stress

    • Spotting the signs of burnout at work

    • What leaders can do to reduce burnout
