This session supports individuals and teams that are undergoing significant amounts of change and uncertainty. It was created to support teams to best manage their stress during the global pandemic, but can also be used for teams experiencing any type of change that is leading to a sense of instability. It is a 1 hour session that can be used at any level across an organisation.

This session has been designed as a general wellbeing initiative to support employees manage stress experienced at home or at work or can be targeted for teams who experience higher than usual stress in their roles.
