1:1 psychological SERVICES

My private practice provides therapeutic services to individuals who are wanting to reduce the amount of stress they are experiencing in their lives. I incorporate mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches to support you to live more in the present moment and to take action to live a more fulfilling life. Your current habits and beliefs will be challenged and in partnership, changes will be identified to ensure that you are achieving consistent performance in the areas of your life that are most important to you.
